Reservations (pre-orders)

Pawdestal figurines are not on sale yet. You can reserve one with a $10 deposit. The deposit holds your place in line and is taken off the price when orders open. We plan to start shipping in January 2027; we will email you before then with the final price and delivery date, and you decide then whether to order.

Refunds

Deposit: fully refundable, any time before you place your order, for any reason. Email hello@pawdestal.com from the address you used and we refund it to your card within 5 business days. If we cannot make your figurine, or you don't order when orders open, we refund it automatically.

Figurines (once orders open): each figurine is made to order for your pet. If it arrives damaged or doesn't match the preview you approved, we remake it or refund you. Because each figurine is custom, we can't accept returns for a change of mind after you approve your preview.

Your photos and the preview

You confirm the photos are yours to use and show only your pet. The free preview is drawn by AI from your photos; it is a guide for the figurine, not an exact promise of every hair. See Privacy for how photos are handled (deleted after 30 days).

Shipping

US addresses only. Shipping is free.
